Men’s Retreat

Chapters in Search of a Book
“Rich or poor, doesn’t matter; what matters is the Blood of Christ; if it covers you, then you won’t care if you have great wealth or not; you’ll be content no matter what.”

Who do you say He is?
When I was young, I mocked Christians and Christianity; at least, I mocked televangelists, some of whom may have been true and perhaps some weren’t, I don’t know, but I mocked them.

Other than the Holy Bible…
OK, so this is saying a lot, but other than The Holy Bible, the living Word of God, which is above all other books by light years, this is the best book I’ve ever read.

Song of the Week
This is possibly the most important song I’ve ever heard, because it chronicles a young man encountering his Savior and inheriting eternal life.

I have been using Bible Gateway’s Bible Audio App, and I have to say it is fantastic and free and well worth a listen.
