Hi Folks,

At the moment I’m reading two books: Star Trek Mere Anarchy and John Lescroart’s Damage.

‘Anarchy is a six-part saga by such authors as Mike W Barr, Christopher L. Bennett, and Margaret Wander Bonanno, to name a few.

A civilization that Starfleet is reluctant to alter by intervening is facing destruction from a pulsar in this interesting tale with our familiar heroes from TV and the movies.

I have read Star Trek books twice before, but this is my first foray reading John Lescroart with his work, Damage.

In Damage, a convicted killer is released on a bogus premise, due to being the son of a powerful San Francisco family.

Lieutenant Abe Glitsky and the other protagonists must do what they can to prove the son guilty… again, before he hurts anyone else.

Both of these books seem fairly well written and I am looking forward to enjoying reading them.
